Paul Allen and his newly bought friends in Olympia are gonna try real hard, probably late in the session, to fund a new $400 million stadium for the Seattle Seahawks. For all the obvious and tedious reasons we've listed repeatedly, this stinks. And if this legislature feels fine about turning masses of women and children onto the streets thru gutted social service programs, while finding $400 million in tax money to give to one of the richest men in the universe, the citizens of Washington should be marching on the capitol building with lit torches.
