Beginning of court hearing on class action lawsuit against city by anti-WTO protesters. US Federal Courthouse, Seventh & Stewart Sts., in Judge Marsha Pechman's courtroom on the 12th floor. On Dec. 1, 1999, some 500 anti-WTO protesters were arrested near Westlake Park. Judge Pechman has already ruled that they were arrested without probable cause.
