Many thanks to those of you who contributed during our recent summer mini-fund drive! That includes the folks who stopped by our annual picnic at Gas Works Park on July 14 (fabulous props to Peggy Hotes for organizing it) and at our table at Tom Morello's Nightwatchman show at the Crocodile Cafe on July 18 (ditto to long-time ETS! friend Jake Sexton). Of our modest $3000 goal, we raised an even more modest $1,610. What can we say--it's summer. Many, many thanks also to our long-time volunteer webmaster, Peter Sutherland, who is stepping aside after nearly a decade to attend to the imminent birth of his first child.
